The objective of the Treasure is to show Team Members how they can accomplish more working as a team than they can as an individual. Your group will be split into two teams, with each team on a separate boat. Each team will select a Team Leader and a Navigator. The objective of each team is to navigate their boat to specific points along a predetermined route. New instructions are given to the teams at each point they successfully navigate to. The final point will be at Two Harbors where they are given instructions to find the treasure. The first team to find the treasure is the winner.

At specific points along the route our captains will provide information about the island. It is important for each team to pay close attention because some clues are based on the knowledge learned at these stops

After the Treasure Hunt has concluded in Two Harbors we will travel offshore in search of Dolphins on our return trip to Avalon. All navigation equipment is provided and any team member with prior navigation experience will be excluded from navigation decisions. The boat captain will assist only in cases of EXTREME CONFUSION.

Participants should wear soft soled shoes and bring a jacket and towel. Wear your bathing suit and outer wear can be shorts and a shirt. Trips can be planned without the passengers getting wet if this is preferred.
