About The Eagle

When we found it, he was snarled in fishing line. We were able to free the
bird from the line after a few attempts. The bird was not to sure of our
intentions, so was a little scared.  He swam to shore, rested a few minutes
and flew away. He was Catalina eagle #25, who is now free as a bird.

If you are a fisherman, do not throw fishing line in the water. We are
constantly rescuing birds entangled in fishing line.
